For your 20 minute Laser Coaching Session, you are my Client and will be expected to participate fully.
This means that you will be expected to complete your Enrollment Packet and submit your pre-session assignment at least 24 hours before our Laser Coaching Session. It means being honest and open about what your goals are and where you are at right now. It means taking responsibility for the progress you make on your Personal Action Plan.
Why Only 20 Minutes?
Parkinson’s Law says, “Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.”
There is also an adage that says, “16 seconds of focus reduces 10 hours of work.”
We can read quotes all day but the fact is, if we can’t come up with a solution after 30 minutes of intense focus then we’re either looking at the situation wrong or you aren’t ready to take the next step.
Let’s Be Brutally Honest.
Change is scary. Attacking a problem that has hidden emotional ties is hard. Being totally honest with ourselves and acknowledging that something or someone isn’t right for us – no matter how much we wish it could be – is brutal.
No way am I knocking you right now. I know these truths because I had to face them too. It takes courage, hope and a lot of faith.
My goal is to be your understanding guide. To help you stay on track and grasp.

- You can terminate the session early if you feel you are deriving no benefit.
- I can terminate the session early if I feel that you are not taking our work together seriously.
- Either of us can terminate the session early if we feel that we are not a good fit.
