Hi! I’m Pearl. Nice to meet you!

Please excuse the mess! I’ve consolidated all of my projects here in the hope that this year (2018) is the year I *finally* get totes organized once-and-for-all and blast through my hang-ups, issues, and succeed beyond my wildest dreams.

Oh, and I’ll be 40 on February 20th. Yeah, that’s kind of a biggie. To celebrate, I decided this is going to be the year of me. To purge, delete, replace, or add whatever I need to in order to be my happiest, most at-peace self.

Part of that is losing the 80 pounds of anxiety, depression, and internal abuse scars. To finally be free to live. Really live. Like, you know, be happy without feeling guilty, worrying about when the other shoe is going to drop, or letting someone else have so much power over my emotions/happiness/peace.

Reclaiming my personal power and empowering others to do the same. Yeah, that would be so amazeballs.

The Bare Truth

Whether you know me through HappyLittleMomma, FitHappyLittleMomma, KosherIncomeMomma, JensineFarms, JensineLifeStyle, PennysEmpowermentClub, my To Love and Be Loved podcast, or through any of my other projects, I’m just a mom who is making her mess her message, trying to support her kids, and finally let myself live.

I’m recently divorced and starting over in a new city. It’s tough, it’s exciting, it’s a journey to success I’m sharing here in the hopes of inspiring and empowering other mommas. There will be ups and downs, twists and turns, but through it all, honesty and (hopefully) fellowship.

With all that said …

Yes, I’m trying to be a Proverbs 31 woman but I know I’m not perfect and never will be. That isn’t going to stop me from trying to be the best person I can be. I’m spiritual but not on any specific religious path. I won’t shove that down your throat but you should be warned that it colors everything I do.

My goal is with this blog is to meet some amazing people, to learn from them, and keep their knowledge alive by passing it on to anyone who may cross my path.

Real estate, researching, reading, writing, podcasting, webcasting, blogging, and teaching ebusiness courses are at the top of my interest list. I homeschool my kids, love to go on family adventures, have an overflowing heart when it comes to animals or people in need, and always have time for a cheesy joke or two!

I am dedicated to:

  • Sharing the absolute best, most enjoyable and effective tips, tools and techniques to empower other homeschooling families and Proverbs 31 work-in-progress women.
  • Inspiring and empowering others to own their life one workout and one healthy meal at a time.
  • Fighting like hell to protect the innocence of ALL our children.

Self-Sufficiency, Minimalism, and Survival

It makes me sad to think that most of us would have such a hard time adjusting if our current food and goods supply lines were somehow disrupted. Practical skills are the real gold in our economy ā€“ not even our U.S. money can say that now.

I have the heart of a homesteader and love to both research and share information on self-sufficiency, disaster preparedness, learning the old-fashioned arts of provision and sustainability, and homestead DIY projects … except I also lean toward minimalism and travel.

Just another typical, good-hearted, contradictory human. šŸ˜€
