- No Tolerance Policy
Abusive, discriminatory, explicit, racist, or otherwise disrespectful submissions will be deleted immediately and no follow-up should be expected.
- Damaged Purchase Reports + Refund and Support Requests
While it is possible to submit a Damaged Purchase Report, Refund Request, or Support Request below, you will most likely receive a faster response if you log in to your Membership Portal or Store Account to access the internal Support system. This is because your purchase will immediately be tied to the account you logged in with.
- Product and Service
Even when we are compensated (either financially or through the gifting of a product or service), our reviews are brutally honest. It really bothers us when online searches for the quality, reliability, usefulness, and integrity of a product or service we are interested in turn out to be fake.
